"I became a Christian for all the wrong reasons – fear of going to hell and the desire to make my mother happy. It was not until the first year of my marriage that I discovered this was not enough."
I had to come to a point of brokenness. The way I was going about things was not working. I realized I could not be the great husband and man of God I wanted to be unless I started serving God for the right reasons, reasons that had less to do with my own needs and more to do with his will for my life. From that point onwards my life totally changed. (http:/www.beyondtheultimate.org/athlete/Mike – Singletary)
