Keynote Speaker

Pastor Michael Young is a dedicated leader, mentor, and bridge-builder with a profound commitment to empowering individuals to reach their highest potential. A proud product of Columbus City Schools and a graduate of Mifflin High School, Pastor Young’s ministry is deeply rooted in the belief that true leadership is defined by selfless service. As he often says:

“When you lead, you're somebody who gives up yourself to other people to help them go higher and further in life.”

Ministry & Community Impact

Pastor Young has become a prominent voice in the Columbus area, recognized for his ability to connect faith with practical community action. His work extends beyond the pulpit and into the heart of the city’s civic life:

  • Community Advocacy: He serves as a member of the Chief’s Advisory Panel, working closely with local law enforcement and community leaders to foster peace and understanding.

  • Youth Development: Through initiatives like Future Ready Five and Leaders Grown Here, he focuses on equipping the next generation with the tools they need to succeed in both their personal and professional lives.

  • Media & Outreach: Known to many through his “Morning Prayer” sessions and digital ministry, he is a consistent source of encouragement, frequently sharing messages centered on the themes of joy, protection, and purpose.

Mission at the Rally

At this year’s Men’s Rally, Pastor Young brings a message of Christian unity and transformative leadership. His passion for seeing “unchurched” men find their place in the Kingdom of God aligns perfectly with the Rally’s mission to bring men together for prayer, fellowship, and worship.

Pastor Young continues to challenge men to trade religious identity for a transformative way of life—one that impacts their families, their neighborhoods, and the world at large.

Chris Holm is the teaching pastor at Upper Room Fellowship in Columbiana, Ohio. He is passionate about making Scripture accessible and applicable to ordinary life, with a particular focus on the kingdom of God, discipleship, and the availability of the Holy Spirit. He is the author of Beyond Christian, a book that challenges readers to trade in their religious identity for a transformative way of life. He and his wife, Katie, have two daughters and call Columbiana home.

Billy Hartwig, who serves at Greenford Christian Church, where he leads student and young adult ministry.

He loves helping people see how the story of Jesus meets real life: the struggles, the questions, and the hope we’re all looking for. Billy and his wife are raising four kids, and when he’s not teaching or writing, you’ll usually find him chasing kids, planning the next ministry idea, or dreaming up ways to help the next generation follow Jesus.

David Kohout has dedicated over three decades to leadership training and personal development. For the past 19+ years, through his organization, Talk Is Cheap, Inc., he has expanded his mission to impact hundreds of thousands of students, educators, and academic leaders.

Passionate about building strong youth, David's powerful message has reached respected institutions like West Point and the Coast Guard Academy. His ultimate goal is for every audience member to walk away inspired and equipped to pursue their full potential with confidence.
