The Men’s Rally made a strategic move in 2023. After thirteen years at the Covelli Centre, the 2023 Rally was held at Stambaugh Auditorium. 2023 has now been touted as one of the best, not degrading the past but striving for more excellence.
Change is inevitable. In 1 Corinthians 9, Paul says “I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings. Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.
I believe we hit the mark in 2023. Now the bar is set a little higher. As we move forward in planning for 2024 the challenges are even greater. In this ever changing social, political, and economic climate we now live in, we must adjust how we present the Gospel. We must present the Gospel in a manor that those that have ears may hear.

Have you ever considered that our acts of faith, through giving, result in dividends in eternity? And, God gets all the Glory! That’s just what your investment into the kingdom of God does. It helps to Transform Lives for Eternity.
I was given a word at the last Rally held at the Covelli Center in 2022, “that we would reach out to a younger generation.” A generation that desperately needs to hear the Word of God. That is just what we are doing. Since moving the Rally to Stambaugh Auditorium, we have streamlined the event with the younger generation in mind. Now this year on April 27, 2024, we are pleased to have partnered with several community organizations to put on Youth Wonder-Fun in conjunction with Rally in the Valley. The Wonder-Fun will take place at Wick Park directly across the street from Stambaugh Auditorium during the Rally, bring a free lunch and exposure of the Gospel to the community at large.
Men will still be able to connect with other men at the Rally, given time to interact with one another with specific calls to action. With an ample lunch time, men will be able to visit Vendors and Ministry Tables, or seek out Prayer or Counselling. They may even choose to take part in the free lunch at the Wonder-Fun in the park.
As always, we will have our Portable Baptismal on site for those who choose to make their Public Confession of Faith and be Baptized.
